The people behind Fleuria

For over 20 years, I have been involved in business and sales, and for the past several years, I have also been actively working within the professional hairdressing industry. I run hair salons as well as a hairdressing academy, and I have continuously developed my knowledge through numerous training courses with renowned professionals in Poland and abroad. I have also had the honour of serving as a judge at international hairdressing championships.

My experience as an entrepreneur and salon owner has given me a deep understanding of the real needs and challenges hairdressers face every day. I know how important it is to have access not only to high-quality professional products at competitive prices, but also to expert knowledge and reliable technical support.

That is why my approach to distribution goes far beyond simply supplying products. I have built a network of experienced hairdressers and technical specialists who support our partners in getting to know the products, working with colour and finding solutions to challenges that may arise in everyday salon work.

For me, quality, knowledge and genuine relationships are the foundation of successful cooperation. I want to understand the people I work with, stay close to the industry and provide real, practical support. I don't see our partners simply as customers - I want them to feel part of a professional community that we build and develop together.

I believe that the best businesses are built not only on great products, but above all on trust, knowledge and long-term relationships.

Hairdressing has been both my passion and my everyday profession for many years. I have gained my experience not only through daily work with clients, but also alongside respected hairdressers from Poland and across Europe, discovering different techniques and approaches to hair colouring and care.

I have also achieved success on the international stage, including winning a medal at the European Hairdressing Championships. These experiences have taught me that continuous development, practical knowledge, and an uncompromising commitment to quality are essential in our profession.

At Fleuria Benelux, I am responsible for technical support. I help hairdressers select the right products, use them correctly, and find effective solutions to the challenges they encounter in their everyday salon work.

My knowledge of Fleuria products comes first and foremost from practice - I work with them behind the salon chair every day. This allows me to share not only professional knowledge, but also real experience and solutions that truly work in the salon.

I believe that a professional brand is about more than just products. It is also about knowledge, education, trust, and support that hairdressers can rely on whenever they need it.

The beauty industry has been an important part of my life for many years. For a long time I worked as a make-up artist, and the experience I gained gave me a good understanding not only of the needs of clients, but also of how professional beauty salons work day to day.

For six years I also worked as a salon manager, which allowed me to get to know the industry from a completely different perspective. Managing a team, working with clients, organising day-to-day operations and cooperating with professionals taught me how important quality, trust and good relationships are in business.

Today I am opening a new chapter in my career and stepping into the world of professional hairdressing by starting a collaboration with the Les Fleurs brand. Although I am not a hairdresser myself, I have been part of the beauty industry for years and I fully understand its realities, the needs of professionals and the importance of good products in the everyday work of a salon.

As the Les Fleurs representative in the Benelux, I am responsible for building relationships with hair salons, presenting the brand and its products, and supporting our customers at every stage of our cooperation.
