These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Fleuria Benelux and its business customers (B2B), via the B2B portal and the website fleuriabenelux.com.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to all legal relationships between Fleuria Benelux and the customer. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing. The customer's purchasing conditions are expressly rejected.

3. Offers and prices

All offers are without obligation. Prices are in euros and exclusive of VAT, shipping costs and any levies, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors do not bind Fleuria Benelux.

4. Formation of the agreement

An agreement is concluded once Fleuria Benelux has confirmed an order or has started performance. Sales are made exclusively to business customers.

5. Delivery

Stated delivery times are indicative and never a strict deadline. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Payment

Payment must be made within the agreed term. In case of late payment the customer is in default by operation of law and statutory commercial interest and collection costs may be charged.

7. Retention of title

Delivered products remain the property of Fleuria Benelux until the customer has paid all amounts due in full.

8. Returns and complaints

Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after receipt. Returns are only possible after prior agreement.

9. Liability

The liability of Fleuria Benelux is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant delivery. Fleuria Benelux is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, except in the event of intent or gross negligence.

10. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Fleuria Benelux is established.
